1) Consultancy advice and help to implement electronic social health records keeping

Report on the implementation of electronic clinical records in national and international settings.
Report on current situation and requirements regarding clinical information for social health care in the Balearic Islands.
Proposal for initial electronic clinical records. Validated clinical records and report on suggestions provided by groups of experts.
Basic Minimum Data Set for social health care.
Support for a workshop for the public presentation of social health clinical records.

Report on the routes followed by patients in mental health.
Report on the current status and requirements regarding clinical information for mental health care in the Balearic Islands.
Proposal for monitoring criteria and consultation among the various units.
Determining requirements for documentary, information and communications media for patient referral among the various units.
Drawing up protocols for the tracking criteria, information and supporting clinical records.

Report on objectives set out in the management contract and precise indicators for measuring preformance.
Report on flows regarding the gathering and processing of information and drawing up the current balance scorecards to evaluate social health care.
Selecting and defining activity and quality indictors that are easy to obtain, validate and process, to be included in the balance scorecard. Design balance scorecard and assess its applications.

2) Technical support for the design of an information system for comprehensive management of social health care

Analyze existing sources of information on health, social issues and social health care.

Identify information from necessary external and internal sources.

Formulate a proposal for the Minimum Basic Data Set needed to ascertain the casuistics and resource quality and consumption in social health care ("social healthcare complexity units")

Facilitate simple and automatic implementation of an information system by phasing-in the short (with currently available information), medium and long term. It should include a series of data and indicators on activity, quality and costs that make it possible to ascertain, appraise and disseminate social health care information at various levels of aggregation, taking into account the target receiver.

Devise a balance scorecard that enables objective and target attainment levels to be monitored.
