Login and Password - Conditions of Use
1.1 Access to the identification service requires prior authentication of the computer system. The authentication is effected by the user entering a valid email address, which becomes his or her login, and a password.

1.2 The user login and password are personal and untransferible. Consequently, users shall accept all responsibility for using the service while access is via their login and password and regardless of whether or not it is the user who accesses the service. If you are aware of unauthorised use of your login and password, you must notify us immediately.

2) Protection of Personal Data
2.1 The personal data you provide to us shall be protected according to the Regulation Governing Security Measures for Computerised Files containing Personal Data. R.D. 994/99 of 11 June 1999.
2.2 Said data are provided voluntarily as they are not compulsory.
2.3 Unless you do not wish it and express your refusal via the Web at the time you sign on (by ticking the relevant box) or by sending an email notifying that you are signing off (See Article 3), you will receive emails in your email account containing all relevant information from the company.

3 Cancellation
You can exercise your right to access, make alterations and cancel your account by simply sending a mail to globesalud@globesalud.com indicating your user name and indicating the reason for signing off. All your data will be removed within 15 days.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 5, the company reserves the right to rescind the contract unilaterally.

4) Responsibility
4. This service is provided on the basis that it is used at users'own cost and risk. The company shall not be responsible for any damages direct, indirect, accidental or of any kind deriving from the provision or failure to provide the service. Similarly, neither can the company be responsible for any changes made due to unauthorised access.
5) Confirming the Contract
5.1 In pursuance of the provisions of Article 3 of Royal Decree 1906/1999 of 17 December, the Company accepts that confirmation of the contract made by acceptance of the current General Conditions will be forwarded to you via a purpose-made electronic message sent to the email address which you have registered with the company. Said message will contain the current General Conditions and the list of authorisations that you provided.
6) Conflict resolution
6.1 Any controversy concerning the service covered by the General Conditions will be subject to the provisions in said conditions and by Spanish legislation and shall be resolved in accordance with the Arbitration System Governing Consumer Affairs set out in Royal Decree 636/1993, of 3 May. This submission is understood to come under the jurisdiction of the Spanish Consumer Arbitration Courts and shall be legal arbitration. The parties expressly agree to abide by the arbitration decision of the arbitration committee. In cases in which, for any reason, said consumer affairs arbitration system were not applicable, the parties, expressly renouncing any other medium that may be applicable to them, expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the lower and upper courts of Madrid.
